Your commitment today sets the stage for future generations

1966 Heritage Society

We Invite You to Join The 1966 Heritage Society.

Named for the year Popejoy Hall first opened its doors, the 1966 Heritage Society was established to honor those who have included Popejoy in their estate plan.

Gifts through wills and trusts, retirement plans, and other vehicles offer a way to support Popejoy's mission while fulfilling your personal philanthropic goals.

Other Giving Opportunities:
At Popejoy Hall you can name your donor advised fund (DAF) as a beneficiary in your estate plan through your will, life insurance or charitable remainder trust.

Beneficiary Designations

You can name Popejoy Hall as a charitable beneficiary of your assets, including retirement plans, life insurance policies, donor-advised funds, or bank accounts—by completing a form that is separate from your will and can be changed any time without an attorney. Unlike a beneficiary gift to family members, this type of gift to Popejoy Hall is tax-exempt.

A Qualified Charitable Distribution allows individuals who are at least 70 ½ years old to make a tax-free gift through their IRA.

No matter the size, your legacy gift at Popejoy Hall ensures that future generations continue to experience the joy and celebration of the performing arts in New Mexico.
