Ticket Policies

Ticket policies for the Popejoy Presents series at Popejoy Hall.

Tickets

Unless you purchased tickets from unmtickets.com or through links provided on this site, we cannot vouch for the validity of your tickets or guarantee you a seat.

Internet Ticket Orders

When purchasing tickets online, please wait until you receive a confirmation from the system. Without a confirmation number you can print and bring with you, you do not have a ticket.

Exchange Policy

UNM Ticketing will exchange tickets for most shows purchased through UNM Ticketing Services. For questions about exchanges, please email us at tickets@unm.edu

Lost Or Stolen Tickets

In most cases, we can replace your lost or stolen tickets. We issue duplicate tickets and invalidate any previously issued to you. Please pick up replacement tickets at the UNM Bookstore Ticket Office or at the Event Ticket Office (Will Call). We will ask for a valid ID when you claim the new tickets.

Positive Identification

For your protection, we ask for identification when you claim tickets from Will Call. Please bring a picture ID, the credit card you used to make the purchase and the confirmation number you were given at the time of the sale.

Popejoy Hall Broker Policy

Any group tickets or Popejoy Presents subscriptions that are purchased with the express intent to be re-sold through third party sites will be voided without refund and users will be banned from purchasing tickets. If you have any questions about this policy, please email customerservice@popejoypresents.com.

Children

We require you to purchase a ticket for every member of your party, regardless of age; we do not issue lap passes for our events. In consideration of others, please be sure the event is suitable for and of interest to your child. Strollers are not allowed in the theater. Fire code prohibits standing in the back.

Content

Popejoy Presents and Broadway In New Mexico offer a diverse selection of arts entertainment. Not all productions may appeal to or be appropriate for every person or for all ages. Therefore, patrons are responsible for making informed decisions regarding their ticket purchases.

For Broadway In New Mexico Shows

Broadway show exchanges must be for the same show and must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the earlier performance involved in the exchange. In some cases, a Broadway show may have special rules. Be sure to check with us in advance of the situation.

Ovation Series

Ovation Series show exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the earlier show involved in the exchange. If you have any questions, please call us at 277-4569.

Seating For People With Disabilities

Seating for people with disabilities is only available in the orchestra section. All price ranges are available for purchase.

Deaf & Hard Of Hearing

Signers

Signers will be provided for Broadway productions at each Saturday matinee performance as necessary. To subscribe, choose Series 3 and request deaf and hard of hearing seating in the special accommodations box on the order form. Due to requirements for scheduling interpreters, requests for show signers must be made 30 days prior to the performance. Single ticket and non-Broadway Ovation requests are handled on a show-by-show basis; call 277-3824 or e-mail customerservice@popejoypresents.com for more information. (E-mails are answered Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, excluding holidays.)

Assisted Listening Devices

Two types of Assisted Listening Devices, one of which is compatible for those who wear T-coil Hearing Aids, are available at the information kiosk in the main lobby. Patrons can check out the devices by exchanging a valid ID.
