If You Are Interested In Renting Popejoy Hall
- Read the guidelines carefully
- Please email popejoyrentals@unm.edu if you are interested in renting the facility
- Scheduling availability is limited as the hall is usually booked 12 to 18 months in advance
- Please note that the University cannot "donate" the facility, staff or services for "benefit" causes
- To begin a rental inquiry, Popejoy requires a committed promoter and tech rider
- Popejoy cannot hold a date without a rental agreement in place
- Popejoy has a seating capacity of 1985 with rental fees based on performance size.
Rental Fees Do Not Include:
- Labor Costs
- Ticketing Transaction And Facility Use Fees
- Administrative Fees For Scheduling Outside Services
- Gross Merchandise Sales Fees
